Sustainability
We all have a collective responsibility to contribute to sustainable development. Our ambition is to think sustainably through all aspects of our organization, from the choice of carrier and materials in our products to the amount of paper we use. Our work with sustainability is also reflected in the fact that we deliver high-quality products, as the environment and quality often go hand in hand.
Our environmental responsibility is high on our agenda, and we always strive to ensure minimal negative environmental impact. This means that we always consider environmental aspects when choosing suppliers and purchasing new products. Our offers always follow customers' quality requirements. Quality must characterize our business, and we strive for this by involving all employees in the relevant processes. We continuously strive to be among the industry's best in an environmental and quality context. In addition, the aim is for our products to have as little environmental impact as possible, seen from a life cycle perspective. It requires that our improvements are constantly maintained and exceed our customers' expectations.
Our environmental policy is primarily about the following main areas:
- Disposal of packaging and waste.
- Environmental requirements for the manufacturers.
- Promote employees' environmental awareness.
Disposal of packaging and waste
We recycle packaging extensively. Unusable packaging and other waste are disposed of with the greatest possible consideration for the environment. This means that all waste is sorted. In detail, this means that the following packaging / waste is sorted into separate containers:
- Metals.
- Tree.
- Styrofoam.
- Plastic.
- Paper and cardboard.
Environmental requirements for the manufacturers
The goal is through requirements for suppliers to help reduce the environmental impact and resource consumption.
We will continuously influence our suppliers with regard to environmental improvements so that the packaging from the manufacturer can be reused as sales packaging as far as possible.
Promote employees' environmental awareness
Our goal is to promote employees' environmental awareness through internal information. It must be a natural act to take into account our common environment, both as private individuals and as a company. We will make an annual assessment of our environmental policy.
